Please Note:
In South Africa, Physiotherapists are first line practitioners and therefore there is no need for a referral from a doctor or specialist.
However, some medical aids do require a preauthorisation before attending Physiotherapy. If you’re unsure, please contact your Medical Aid provider.

Accounts need to be settled personally after each session.

Clients have the responsibility to check if their medical aid covers physiotherapy and which aspects of physiotherapy are covered.

We do not submit your account to the medical aid; you have to pay and claim back from your medical aid.
